Our Child Care Food Program is a USDA program designed to help children in child care receive nutritious, well-balanced meals. Providing meals is often one of the biggest expenses involved in child care. Our Child Care Food Program is intended to assist you with this cost so that you can serve children meals which will keep them healthy and growing.
In order to participate in the CACFP, you must be either a Licensed Family Child Care Provider or a Trustlined Exempt provider. After becoming a Licensed Family Child Care Provider, or are cleared through the Trustline process, a Child Care Food Program monitor will come to your home to do an orientation.
