The state of California and Early Head Start (EHS) have partnered to offer quality child care and comprehensive services to children age 0-4. Through these partnerships, EHS will partner with center-based and family child care providers who agree to meet EHS Program Performance Standards and provide comprehensive, full-day, full year, high-quality services to infants and toddlers from low-income families.
